Library & Documentation
To provide to the Planning Commission expertise and service in the identification of documentation and information needs, acquisition, cataloguing, classification and utilization of documents and information.
The activities of the Unit are:
- To develop and manage library services in the Planning Commission, including collaboration with other libraries, local and foreign
- Provide technical support to library users (help-desk) in the Planning Commission, including on-line services to off-site users
- To conduct user needs, selection, ordering, organization, storage and dissemination of information materials (books, journals, periodicals, CDs etc).
The Unit will be led by a Principal Librarian.
